William Wallace is the mascot of our restaurant.  You might ask, "Why is a scottish icon representing an Irish pub?"  The answer is that we are proud to celebrate all Celtic nations.  This is also represented in our food ranging from Scotch Eggs to Fish and Chips to Shepherd's Pie.
